Account Deletion Policy
Urban Attyr makes it easy to delete your account and data at any time. Here's everything you need to know about our account deletion process.

1. Your Right to Delete Your Account
Urban Attyr fully respects your right to have your account and personal data deleted at any time. We comply with applicable data protection laws including the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”). Deleting your account is simple, free, and takes effect promptly.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your Urban Attyr account through the following methods: Send an email to support@urbanattyr.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days. We do not require you to provide a reason for deletion.
3. Data Deleted Upon Account Removal
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted: • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, date of birth) • All wardrobe photos and clothing item data • Your outfit history and style preferences • AI learning data associated with your account • App usage history and interaction logs • Any messages or support tickets Deletion from our primary systems is completed within 30 days. Deletion from backup systems is completed within 90 days.
4. Data Retained After Deletion
A limited subset of data may be retained after account deletion for legitimate legal and business purposes: • Transaction records and payment history: retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws • Fraud prevention records: retained for up to 5 years if fraud was detected or suspected • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you Retained data is not used for any marketing, profiling, or personalization purposes.
5. Effect of Account Deletion
Upon account deletion: • You will immediately lose access to your Urban Attyr account and all its features • Any active Premium subscription will be cancelled (see refund policy below) • Your wardrobe and outfit data cannot be recovered after deletion is complete • Your username and email may become available for use by new accounts after deletion We strongly recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before initiating deletion.
6. Subscription Refund Policy Upon Deletion
If you have an active Premium subscription at the time of account deletion: • Your subscription will be cancelled effective immediately upon account deletion • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after deletion • For exceptional circumstances, please contact support@urbanattyr.com before deleting your account
7. Account Recovery Period
After initiating deletion through the in-app option, there is a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion request by logging back into your account. After this grace period, or if you requested deletion via email, the deletion process is irreversible. If you change your mind, you are always welcome to create a new account, though your previous data cannot be restored.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
Urban Attyr uses certain third-party service providers to operate our platform (such as cloud storage and payment processors). Upon account deletion, we instruct these providers to delete your associated data in accordance with our data processing agreements and their own deletion timelines, typically within 90 days.
