By downloading, installing, or using Urban Attyr (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Use of Service
Urban Attyr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the service.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
By uploading wardrobe photos and other content to Urban Attyr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload all content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Urban Attyr offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features. By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting support • Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable App Store policies • We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with prior notice
6. Intellectual Property
The Urban Attyr application, including its design, AI models, features, functionality, text, graphics, and code, is owned by Urban Attyr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software without our express written permission.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models • Use our service to compete with or create a competing product
8. Disclaimers
Urban Attyr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will meet your specific expectations or requirements. Fashion recommendations are AI-generated suggestions and do not constitute professional fashion advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Attyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Urban Attyr in the six months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Urban Attyr after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
